Having suffered from sciatica for years after a slipped disk, I have tried everything! I've found using the Meno calm patches are working for me. Not to the extreme where my hot sweats are gone. But more manageable as they are not as bad as when am not wearing the patch. Also for me personally I'm not good with taking tablets or powders. So to start my morning I just put patch on and am ready for the day.
