Prepare the Pads: Gently peel off the plastic sheets covering the adhesive pads. Keep these sheets for storage later.

Apply the Pads: Place the adhesive pads directly onto your skin at the desired treatment area. Make sure they are firmly attached.

Adjust Intensity: Press the '+' or '-' buttons on the LCD display to increase or decrease the intensity of the stimulation gradually. Start low and find the level that’s comfortable for you.

Set Massage Time: Press the clock symbol on the display to select your preferred massage duration.
