The BioFeedBac™ sports performance band was created by a biomechanical expert. The band functions by stimulating the body's innate proprioception to enhance performance. Lack of proprioception will affect sports performance because proprioceptive signals from the joints, muscles, tendons and skin are essential for movement, the loss of proprioceptive awareness may affect the control of muscle tone, disrupt reflexes and severely impair voluntary movement.
By developing high-level proprioceptive abilities not only will improve your athletic performance, such as footwork but simply make you more lithe and agile no matter what you do.

How to use the BioFeedBac™ Sports Band
The science-driven technology has been incorporated into a lightweight sports wristband to enhance your training programme. Simply wear the wrist band on your dominant hand (the one you play racket sports with) and then every time you train, wear the band and it will over time increase your sports performance by improving your proprioception awareness.
A professional athlete has a high degree of proprioception awareness, but you may lack coordination, balance or speed — and this could mean that your proprioception awareness is not as developed as it could be. While one’s proprioception may not mirror a professional athlete’s, working on your proprioceptive skills will make a difference in your day-to-day activities.
